Bilingual Elementary 6–11 at Bim School: Learning with Joy, Growing with Purpose

At Bim School, our Montessori-inspired Elementary 6–11 Program offers a bilingual, holistic, and joyful education that nurtures curiosity, independence, and confidence. Designed for children from Grade 1 (CP) to Grade 5 (CM2), up to 11 years old, our program emphasizes individualized learning while embracing the values and mission that define our school.

A Unique Approach to Learning

Children in our Elementary 6–11 classes learn in a mixed-age environment, organized into two working groups:

-Ages 6–8: Equivalent to Grades 1–3 (CP to CE2)
-Ages 8–11: Equivalent to Grades 4–5 (CM1 and CM2)

This organization fosters autonomy, cooperation, and responsibility, allowing children to progress at their own pace, reinforce knowledge, and benefit from the rich interactions that occur across ages and levels.

Our Educational Project

Our Schools

Why a 6–11 Class?

Montessori education structures classes by developmental cycles,  not rigid grade levels. The 6–11 cycle corresponds to what Maria Montessori  called “the stage of the rational mind” - when children explore the world  with curiosity, seek to understand natural and social laws, and develop  logical and moral reasoning. Our cycle-based structure provides continuity,  personalized learning, and a nurturing environment across several years,  fostering peer collaboration, mutual respect, and positive group dynamics.
